The client
Elo’Glow is a beauty and wellness business offering personalised treatments and services focused on beauty, skincare and well-being.
Customer experience is central to its activity, but delivering a consistent service also requires the operational side of the business to work efficiently. Appointments, customer information, services, invoicing and administrative follow-up all need to remain connected and easy to manage.
The challenge
As Elo’Glow developed, the business needed a more structured way to manage its daily operations.
Several activities were closely linked, from customer appointments and services to invoicing and administrative follow-up. Managing them through separate processes created additional coordination and made it harder to maintain a complete view of each customer and of the business as a whole.
The objective was straightforward: create one working environment that could support the operational needs of the business while remaining simple to use and appropriate to its scale.
The Oxalyo approach
Oxalyo implemented Odoo as the central platform for Elo’Glow’s operational and administrative processes.
Customer information, appointments, services, sales and invoicing are now managed within the same environment, improving continuity between the customer journey and the administrative work associated with it.
The implementation was deliberately kept focused. Rather than introducing processes that were disproportionate to the needs of the business, Odoo was configured around the activities Elo’Glow actually needs to manage every day.
Oxalyo also provides Copiloting and Service Admin support, helping Elo’Glow use the system effectively, adjust processes when required and progressively evolve its Odoo environment as the business develops.
A more connected way of working
Bringing these activities together provides Elo’Glow with a clearer and more consistent way of managing its operations.
Customer information can be followed from the same environment in which appointments and services are managed. Sales and invoicing are connected to the operational flow, and administrative follow-up no longer needs to rely on separate sources of information.
The result is less manual coordination, easier access to information and better visibility over daily business activity.
The right level of structure
A management system is not only relevant when a company reaches a certain number of employees.
Smaller businesses can also reach a point where customer information, appointments, financial processes and daily administration become sufficiently interconnected to require a structured system.
For Elo’Glow, the objective was therefore not to introduce a complex ERP environment. It was to implement the right level of structure for the business today, while creating a foundation that can evolve with it.
By combining Odoo with ongoing Copiloting and Service Admin support, Elo’Glow can keep its operational processes organised while continuing to focus on delivering a personalised customer experience.
